Re-Solve Sp. z o.o. started in 2021 as a HOFA recycling project. The goal was to find a better way to accomodate this hazardous waste. After 5 years of continous research Re-Solve can proudly propose new circular economy approach. Presented is a self-contained recycling installation housed within a 40 HC sea container. This compact unit is engineered to efficiently process c.a. 2000 metric tons of fly ash annually, providing an on-site, sustainable alternative to traditional waste management methods.

Efficient & Reliable
Our compact unit is engineered to efficiently process c.a. 2000 metric tons of fly ash annually, providing a reliable solution for waste management. Proposed concept plant can be implemented as a stand-alone processing unit. However our process is flexible and may serve as an addition or enchancement to existing facilities. Simple chemical process does not require large sophisticated engineering solutions. Only general equipment is required like tanks, filter presses, pumps etc.

Re-Solve's process fulfils zero-waste principle. No secondary emmisions from calcination/burning carbon for mass reductuon. Instead new highly profitable Special Carbon Product is produced without generating carbon footprint. No ammonia compounds, no toxic solvents, no waste water is produced.
